Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Lydia Studio.

Effective date: April 26, 2026

Welcome to Lydia Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Lydia Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) that govern your use of the Lydia Studio website (lydiastud.io) and our products: FlowMate, JustToday, FlowWell, and FlowMate for Flow Club (formerly Flow Club Companion) (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

Some features of the Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see “Termination” below).

Subscriptions and Payments

Pro plans

Some features are available only to subscribers of our paid (“Pro”) plans. Pricing and the features included with each plan are shown at the point of purchase. We may change pricing or plan features for future billing periods; we will notify you in advance of any change that affects your existing subscription.

Billing

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Mobile in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing period.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The renewal fee is charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal — see “Cancellation” below.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. For web subscriptions, contact us at [email protected] and we will consider refund requests in good faith.

Your Content

The content you create in the Services — focus sessions, routines, focus items, brain-dump entries, notes, snapshots, and so on — belongs to you. You retain all rights to it.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely so that we can operate the Services for you (for example, syncing your data across your devices and showing it back to you). This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

No Medical or Professional Advice

Our Services are designed to help you focus, plan, and move. They are not medical devices and they do not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have concerns about attention, mental health, physical activity, or any other health matter, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual Property

The Services — including software, design, brand, copy, audio files, and other content — are owned by Lydia Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, OpenAI, Tally, and Expo) to operate. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what each provider does.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DATA LOSS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYDIA STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Lydia Studio against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue a product. Where reasonable, we will give you advance notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example, by email or in-app message). Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
